包晓峰，副研究员，曾任浙江传媒学院国际文化传播学院（国际教育学院）副院长、国际交流合作处副处长，；教育部备案浙江传媒学院英国研究中心核心成员。2023年英国剑桥大学访问学者，长期从事高等教育国际化工作，担任重大国际会议、国际项目翻译。2023年出版译作《英国电影史》（50万字数），发表相关论文数篇。  

Bao Xiaofeng ，the Vice Dean of the School of International Cultural Communication  (International Education College) at Communication University of Zhejiang, as well as the Deputy Director of the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation. He is also an Associate Researcher and a core member of the UK Research Center at Zhejiang University of Media and Communications, which is registered with the Ministry of Education. In 2023, he will be a visiting scholar at the University of Cambridge in the UK. He has been actively involved in internationalizing higher education and has served as a translator for major international conferences and projects. In 2023, he will publish a translated work titled "A History of British Cinema" (with a word count of 500,000) and has published several related papers.
